Licensing & Regulations
One-Day Fishing licenses, Oregon Resident Annual Shellfish licenses, and Non-Resident 3-Day Shellfish licenses are available at Newport Marina Store.
All other licenses must be purchased through Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife (ODFW) offices or retailers like Fred Meyer, Walmart, Ace Hardware (Newport), Bi-Mart. Licenses can also be purchased online via smartphone. There is a guest checkout for non-residents without an account. Call ODFW to find additional retail locations: 503-947-6000.
